Sensitivity of Broad-band Sky Surveys

Sensivity of major surveys. Only those that cover a quarter of the sky or more are included. Overplotted are the simulated  spectrum of a quasar at z=15, scaled with respect to the observed z=6 quasar, a protogalaxy at z=7, scaled to those at z~4, and a planet of five Jupiter mass and age of 1 Gy that is located at 10 parsec.
